Moto Guzzi Tiki Tour New Zealand

MOTO GUZZI FANS CELEBRATED THE 100TH ANNIVERSARY OF THEIR FAVOURITE BRAND IN RAGLAN, AT MOTO GUZZI NZ’S ‘TIKI TOUR’.
With Covid preventing the Tiki Tour from running last year, avid Moto Guzzi fans gathered in Raglan to celebrate the 100 year anniversary of the Italian brand.
Over 70 brand enthusiasts made it to the sunny Waikato surf town to enjoy the event, which was put on free of charge for Moto Guzzi owners courtesy of Moto Guzzi New Zealand. Fans were treated to a day of riding on either gravel or road routes, evening meals, spot prizes and entertainment in the form of Kiwi Rider publisher Pete ‘Vege’ McPhee’s raffle, which culminated with the auctioning off anything that wasn’t nailed down, including the Moto Guzzi promo gear cabinet, which went down well with everyone after a few beers in the Raglan Club venue (sorry Moto Guzzi...).
We’d like to say a big thank you to Moto Guzzi New Zealand, as well as Carolyn and Kel Rood (from www.ridersrest.co.nz) for travelling down from Ruakaka to drive the sweep vehicle on the day.
