Banana Cake

Ingredients

• ½ cup butter
  
  
• 1 ½cups white sugar
  
  
• 4 eggs
  
  
• 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  
  
• 3 bananas sliced
  
  
• 1 cup sour cream
  
  
• 1 tsp baking soda
  
  
• 2 cups flour
  
  

Method

• Preheat oven to 175˚C
  
  
• Line baking tin
  
  
• Cream together butter and sugar
  
  
• Beat in one egg at a time
  
  
• Beat in sliced bananas, sour cream and baking soda
  
  
• Beat in flour
  
  
• Pour into baking tin
  
  
• Bake for 60 minutes or until skewer comes out clean
