Banana Cake

Ingredients
- ½ cup butter
- 1 ½cups white sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 3 bananas sliced
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 cups flour
Method
- Preheat oven to 175˚C
- Line baking tin
- Cream together butter and sugar
- Beat in one egg at a time
- Beat in sliced bananas, sour cream and baking soda
- Beat in flour
- Pour into baking tin
- Bake for 60 minutes or until skewer comes out clean
