WARRANTY PLUS BENEFITS
Reasons to choose Warranty Plus:
If the product runs on any kind of power source, including batteries, we can probably offer a Warranty Plus warranty to extend and enhance the manufacturer’s warranty by up to five years. Warrant Plus covers all mechanical and electrical faults for replacement parts and labour costs. Whatever the manufacturer’s warranty covers, we cover.
Here’s how Warranty Plus works:
- If your product breaks down, we’ll repair it
- If we can’t repair it, we will replace it
- There’s never any excess on claims.
We’ve got service plans for both consumer and electrical retailers. Our approach is to ensure commissions are paid for the original sale and any future warranty repairs are directed to the original retailer.
WARRANTY PLUS BENEFITS
When Warranty Plus doesn’t work
If the product is damaged due to neglect, abuse, a willful act or misuse, it won't be covered. Also, problems or malfunctions caused by unauthorised modifications or failure to follow the manufacturer’s installation, operation and maintenance instructions will also void the warranty.
